EMRS Tier 2 Exam Date 2026 Post wise Expected Dates
EMRS Tier 2 Exam is the second stage of recruitment. In this recruitment procedure multiple posts will be filled which may be related to teaching and non-teaching background. All the staff will be recruited in the Eklavya model residential school. EMRS Tier 1 examination is already successfully completed and the candidate who passed the Tier1 examination can appear for the EMRS Tier 2 exam. This examination will be held postwise, the details of postwise schedule is as follows:
TGT /PGT post : This examination focus on teaching subjects like English, Math, Science, Social Studies Etc. The examination of TGT/PGT might be done in the month of April 2026.
Principal and Administrative post: These examinations ensure recruitment of posts like Principal and management roles. Principal and administrative people will manage different departments of the school. The principal and administrative exam will be held in the month of May 2026.
Non-teaching post: Non teaching post included hostel Watson, accountant, typing assistant, lab assistant Etc. exam for this post will held in the month of May 2026.
EMRS Tier 2 Exam Pattern in 2026
EMRS Tier 2 exam usually has 2 major sections: Objective section and Descriptive section
The Objective section is of 40 marks which consist of 40 different questions. All these questions are multiple choice questions where no negative marking has been done.
Descriptive questions consist of 60 Marks, here total number of questions are 15. Here the candidates have to write short and long answers with explanations.
Both papers have 55 questions of 100 marks for which candidates will get 3 hours to finish their Exam.
The Syllabus of EMRS Tier 2 Exam 2026
In the EMRS Tier 2 exam, syllabus is different for different posts. Like for :
Teachers TGT /PGT: the the core subject knowledge is essential which includes topics of teaching subjects, pedagogy and teaching applications, case base questions related to classroom scenario, curriculum goals on education policies.
For principal and admin posts: School administration will ask a leadership quality questions, educational planning question, financial and legal aspects of school management
For non-teaching posts: specific job skills like accounting, typing lab management Etc will be asked. For non-teaching posts skill tests will also be arranged.

To download the EMRS Tier 2 2026 admit cards candidates first have to login to the nests.tribal.gov.in, After visiting this website they will find an admit card Link. After clicking on the admit card link they will find EMRS admit card 2026. Here they have to click on the EMRS Tier 2 2026 Admit card link. After clicking on the admit card link the candidate will find the new page. Here they have to enter the registration number and application number and date of birth. After verifying the captcha code they get their admit card on the screen.
